Shipping Times, Policy & Rates
Most of our standard inventory ships in 1-5 business days. However, all of our headsets are hand-made and customized specifically for you. We take great care to assure that the end result is outstanding, so please allow 4-6 weeks for this process and delivery. This allows all payments and processing to clear prior to building your order. Shipping hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm CST(CDT). The preceding hours of shipping may be affected by US and Canadian holidays, so please be aware that scheduled delivery is estimated and not guaranteed on those dates or times. Delivery times are based solely on availability of each item. Please see our details on back orders for any other information regarding shipping times. All shipping times, and turnarounds, are subject to change at any time, and without notice.

We ship Worldwide (View List). We have service locations in Texas & California. All orders are subject to international shipping and taxation laws irregardless of our business locations. All orders will originate from the United States at this time.

* Additional fees, duties, taxes or charges may be added to your shipment by the shipping receiver, that you the customer, may be liable for at time of delivery. Check with your areas shipping / postal system for details. These additional charges are not ours, and we have no control over their value, or collection.
If, for any reason, you place an order and we are unable to ship your order directly to your provided shipping address, or the address attached to your order. You will be refunded for your purchase, including any shipping that you paid. If this occurs it may take some time to receive your refund, so be aware of the shipping policies of your country, territory, municipality, state, city, and / or county of residence to avoid any shipping issues.
We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. This includes, but not limited to, all back-order items and change-order items. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address, by The Squawk Shoppe and it's merchant company Shopify Inc., when the order is placed. You may not modify or change this information after the order is placed. You are welcome to change your shipping information within your account information for future ordering. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address are unable to be verified, we will put the order on hold for manual verification through you, your credit card or payment company. If you do not provide a valid email address, and / or phone number for us to contact you, we will cancel your order. The lead time for this process can take up to 5 business days from the time the order was placed. This is a security measure meant to protect you, the customer, from fraudulent charges and shipments made or placed on your behalf.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, your shipping options and you will have a chance to continue with your order at your discretion.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you any part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you all of, or the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for any additional shipments of your original order.
