Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. If your item(s) are in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item of equal or lesser value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. 

How To Return An Item

If for any reason, you aren't happy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you can return it for a refund of your full purchase price, minus shipping of course, no questions asked. We want you to be happy, and we know we can't please everyone. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be shipped at your own cost, and must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. If you do not meet the 30 day return policy, and/or do not have a valid RMA# do not return your item as it will be refused. If you send any item(s) back without a valid RMA# for your return, the package will be refused. If, for any reason, we are unable to refuse the package in this state, you will be charged additionally for postage to return the item to you. This is non-negotiable, and will be charged without notice.

Manufacturer defects are covered by your Warranty Policy and should be returned immediately so that we can repair/replace/refund your purchase. Please see the Warranties page for all the details.

* Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. We will review the item, and once approved, will authorize your repair/replacement/refund. We do not refund shipping, processing or any handling fees.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a track-able, shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are never liable for lost/stolen packages while in the shipping services care. If for some reason, one of the aforementioned occurs, the shipping carrier that you used is the responsible party and you should contact them immediately for resolution. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing may take as long as 30 days, so please be patient. Should you have any issues with not receiving your refund, please contact your bank, or financial service provider immediately to resolve. We have no control over the processing time, and or status of your refund, and cannot assist you. Please be aware, that in some cases, a refund may incur charges that will be deducted from your original purchase. These fees are merchant fees for refunding purchases after a period of time. These charges can range from $50-$250 USD. You will be alerted of any fees of this kind prior to their charge, and you may contest those fees at that time. We also do not refund the shipping and handling that you paid on your order. This is non-negotiable and is deducted without notice prior to submitting your refund.

Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank just to be sure that it's not a bank error.  Then contact your credit card company, it takes some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out our contact form or call us as soon as possible.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items can NOT be refunded and are considered "as-is".

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include any software, DVD's, video games or related media. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in some cases. You will be notified of such charges, prior to the charge on your payment type. Restocking fees are only required in special situations, and that will be explained to you, should it be required. If your return is outside of the 30 Day Guarantee period, expect an additional merchant fee of no less than 5% of the total purchase price. Please note, that we are notifying you as a courtesy, and the charge is non-negotiable should we deem it necessary.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be authorized & charged when you place your order. Processing of your order and it's charge to your account can take up to 10 business days. In some cases the charge may show pending, and in some cases even drop off. If this occurs, once we fulfill your order the charge will be resubmitted for processing. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded and you will receive verification of the order cancellation electronically at the email address provided by you at time of purchase.
