This is a quick follow up to let you know about your orders. We have shipped all orders from #1644-#1711. All shipping delays have been remedied and new or initial tracking numbers are being generated. We did not ship out any of the delayed orders last week as we planned. There was some suspicion of tampered packaging, though unfounded. All of the delayed shipments have been gone through and are being dispersed no later than 5pm CST today 05/02/16. If you have not received your tracking information yet, you will be getting a separate email with all information included in the next 24 hours. This does not mean your shipment has not been picked up, only that the tracking information may not become active for that period of time.
Thank you all very much for your patience and well wishes, as they do not go un-noticed. If I could give you all a bunch of free stuff I would, and if I think of anything worthwhile, I'll do it.

Ok, here is the status on all unshipped orders:
Orders 1602-1630: are in [Packaging] They will all ship in the next 24-48 hours
Orders 1631, 1644, 1650: [Backordered] Your orders have pieces that are currently in backorder status. We will notify you once those parts arrive. It will most likely be after the holidays.
Orders 1634-1639: [Assembly] Your orders are being assembled and tested. They are slated to ship out on Monday.

We hope most of you are able to take this President's Day off. If not though, it should be an "easier" day I think.
Ok, we wanted to give everyone a quick update on our open orders. As we emailed most of you, all of our parts came in at the first of the month, so we are in full production now!
We've just finished round 1 of 3 rounds of production for current and overdue orders. It's much faster to group all of this stuff together and get it all done at once. As you can see from the picture, we've got your headsets in different stages of completion, and they should be ready for completion soon.
For those of you who ordered between Dec 20 and Jan 1, and have not received your order yet. Your headsets are in assembly now! Shane can only build so many per day so give us a bit to get everything engraved, drilled, soldered, constructed and boxed. Your headsets will be leaving THIS WEEK!
For those of you who ordered between Jan 2 and Feb 1, your headsets are currently in paint and prep. This means you are about 10 business days from completion and you should be going out by the end of the month!
Lastly, for those of you who ordered between Feb 2 - Feb 16, your headsets have not been initialized as of yet. We expect to begin production on your orders at the beginning of March.
We thought this would be much easier to update everyone, and this way they can see all the updates, and know where their order status is at this moment. We will be adding more updates to this blog as thing progress right along, and should give you a good idea of where you're at in line.
