Order has shipped but is not showing any tracking information (update)

Good morning Squawk Shoppers! I wanted to follow up with those of you who have shipped orders or partial orders that are either showing no tracking information or an invalid tracking number page when you attempt to track your orders.

We are working with our local postmaster to determine the cause of the error and get the updated information on all your shipments as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please contact us via email, text or phone if your order arrives and let us know. Otherwise we will be updating everyone again this afternoon with any information and/or solutions to this isolated problem.

Our sincerest apologies for this error and we will get it corrected as soon as possible. If there is any more information specific to your order, you will see that below.
